I've had my Blazer for almost 10 years and it's time to get her back into shape. Both rear quarter panels need replacement, floor rotting along with door rot and previous owner repairing with bondo. I would like to replace every panel if possible.
What are your thoughts on Aftermarket body panels. Have any of you used a aftermarket door? How was the fit? Last edited by JESSEGALLEGOS; 04-29-2008 at 03:07 AM. |

Re: Replacement body panels
ive used aftermarkets from ebay and never been satisfied. i did buy stuff from a site vendor here , Tri Pro Automotive, and was very pleased with the quality of his pieces. i had bought aftermarket pieces from the swap meet in NJ for another truck from a vendor there and they werent as good a quality as the ones Jon sells. In addition there is another board member here , Captkaos, who also sells body panels here and ive heard nothing but rave reviews about his pieces too. With the aftermarket pieces, ninety percent of the fitment battle is to make sure that the pieces are cut right and fitted right BEFORE you weld them in or bolt them on...
