Does it fit regular stock pulleys? Short or long pump?

It will work with regular pulleys, I ran an electric water pump but I believe my crank pulley was for a SWP, I will try to figure it out from the Jone's site and let you know

Re: Jone's Racing Products Aluminum Alt. Brackets

Here are the one's of Jone's website and some on my truck, The top heims joint broke on the turnbuckle adjuster but I'll throw it in, could weld if you can tig aluminum or could just make something else work, or buy a new one altogether.

Sorry I don't have any better pics of it install on my truck but it gives you an idea of where that turnbuckle goes.
