Can it be done?? As far as cutting the rivits and maybe installing bigger ones?? Or is it just better to get some new ones??
Anyone try anything???

I doubt you will have much luck rebuilding them.You can try but getting the holes right while trying to align and drill them to a larger size seems like it might be impossible.New ones are available but beware of the aftermarket ones.I think most of the BB vendors carry only the GM replacement parts.I think they run about $60.00
