Re: Brake Pedal Switch, what Is It?????????
That's exactly what it is. The older models had a secondary vacuum switch mounted above the dual connector brake switch.

Re: Brake Pedal Switch, what Is It?????????
You can use it without the vacuum connection or just put one on that is a brake switch alone. The vacuum part is a vacuum breaker to get rid of the "seal-in circuit" when you have your cruise engaged. That way when you hit the brakes the cruise shuts down.
