Looking for a good 73 up cupholder style center console, prefer black but will consider any thats in good enough condition to restore.

I think for a cup holder style you'll need a 77 -80 style.

Seat belt holders for the square holes and Cup holders for the round holes. 69-7? seatbelt square holes, 7?-8? on the cupholders

Yes, it's just a place to put them so they are not hanging down on the floor.

Yes the front section is interchangeable.
