Spray on chrome anybody ???<<<<

saw their adv in Truckin .. found them on www. in FL .. has anybody had item chromed ??? when I move down there I will stop by the office ..... ok board

I've never seen a spray on chrome that wasn't simply, silver paint.

I watched one of those hot rod TV programs cant remember witch one but they built a early 60's cadillac for Billy Gibbons (ZZ Topp) they did the whole roof in some sort of 2 or 3 stage paint that looked like real chrome.

Kinda neat but im sure it would chip just like any other paint.

One of the alltime fastest ways to waste your money....save up for a trip to the chrome shop.

I saw them spray on chrome on
PIMP MY RIDE. It wasn't paint though, it was sprayed on , but kinda reminded me of spraying a water hose. It looked really good when they got done with it. I have seen the stuff your talking about but don't have the first clue about it or where to get it.

when i was painting bikes i ran into this Alumichrome tri stage stuff. looked cool. SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUPER expensive..but when your dealing with imitation stuff. its always gana be just that..so. i say why bother!.

I haven't seen any that is worth the money, the stuff I used once came off when you rubbed it or wiped it with a rag.

I agree with the above, save the money and go to a chrome shop.

guess pictures didnt do it justice, it was actually had a semi mirror like surface. Nothing like what real chrome looks like but when your on a budget...

the asla company came out with that stuff awhile back went to a demo on it and it was pretty good stuff .
