Power steering help
Hey Everyone, I'm a newby on here, so if i'm not doing something rigt, feel free to correct me. I just bought a '71 short fleet (thanks to this forum), and the first thing i need to do is add some power steering. I'm new to this body style, so i don't know what steering boxes will fit. The '67-'72 trucks are harder to find so will a power steering box off a '73-'87 fit on my frame? Also, where's the best place to get a front end rebuild kit? Thanks everyone.

The 1980 up uses different fittings for the hoses. There are some variations in the size of the shaft that goes to the column so get the rag joint to match.

Make sure you get the correct 2wd or 4wd box as well since they look the same but the pitman arm moves left/right on 2wd and front/back on 4wd.
