EVAP canister
hey do i really need my EVAP canister...I bought my sierra and it was all done motor wise with a 305 with no emissions..just straight motor to pipes..i have put a new 350 in and tore my front end of with the idea of replacing everything..Now the EVAP was un hooked except the farthest hose to your left (if looking down on it from the front of truck) it went to the copper line that goes to the left under the rad and to left side of engine..i think to the fuel pump? im probally wrong. now my question is do i really need it with the truck already not having emmisions crap (i dont need them where i live) and if i should have it for the well being of the truck is the hose that was already hooked up enough or do i need more and where?...thanx

Re: EVAP canister
Leave the one from your gas tank pluged into the canister and plug the one at the carb.

Re: EVAP canister
Sorry no pics. If yours only has one hose it's probably going to the fuel tank. The carb hose has probably already been removed, and the vaccum port on the carb blocked. Sorry for the delayed respose.
