exaust ?

im fixin to redo my exhaust and when i got my truck the exhaust is ran on the outside of the frame it looks like they cut the beds sheet metal and bent the cabs out of the way any recommendations on whether i should run it like this still and just replace the muffler and tail pipe or should i re do the whole thing i know i want it to exit right in front of the rear tires and as far as mufflers go what do yall suggest i have glaspacks on it right now and its just to quiet for me i was thinkin bout useing the new flowmaster 44s has any one done this? or know how they sound?
