I want to put some 6x9's in my door. And I was wondering how i would go about cutting out the door pannel to fit them in, It is metal and no cover, if you would like pics just ask.

Re: how would you go about
You can just cut the door, there's no issue there, but why 6x9's? 6.5's or 5.25's sound alot better.

Re: how would you go about
Sound quality and SPL usually don't go hand in hand. Generally a parts selection will favor one of the two.
Since you'll have the bass you want from the 12" sub, the 6x9 is just the wrong choice. A Pair of Boston Acoustic 6.5" coaxials will probably give you what you are looking for in a speaker.
