Hello
I'm new to your site and I would like to say I am impressed. There seems to be a lot of good information and knowledge in the posts. I have a 72 Blazer CST that has been in storage for about 7 years now. I hope to start working on it soon. I just bought a set of curled tow hooks on EBAY. Pardon my ignorance but are both hooks supposed to be exactly the same or are the supposed to be mirror images of one another? Can anyone tell me how they are supposed to be mounted? Points facing to the outsides or to one side or the other? Any help or pictures would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot, AJ

Welcome, from Indiana. Post some pictures of your truck for us to see when you get a chance. Here are the meat hooks on a 70 Longhorn I used to own. I removed them before selling the truck.
 They're in my tool box. They curve away from each other towards the outside.
