Re: msgross...here are the pics
nice... I like the orange on the nose.
what did you hook the air gauge up to? was that originally a small window 68? or was the cab swapped with a 67?

Re: msgross...here are the pics
67 swapped cab, the 68 was toast; the air guage is still unhooked as of now it was a freebie from a C-50, a guy gave me the whole truck just to get it out of his way, I kept the dash, tinted glass, big block for parts (locked up) and some other small parts....I'll take a few more pics today

Re: msgross...here are the pics
My son and I had the bodywork about 2/3 completed, but just didn't feel comfortable with our ability to get it to where it needed to be so it would look good with glossy paint on it. After 2-3 years of work in assembling the chassis and body we wanted the end result to be perfect. I found a young man just back from Wyotech looking for work and we struck up a deal and I am very pleased with the end result.

Re: msgross...here are the pics
Nice job. I am planning a 3/4 ton build soon. I hope mine turns out 1/2 as good as yours. Question, What did you do to make the wheels work. I bought Bryon's (5150) 1999 Wheels to use on it and know you have lug/lug nut issues or something like that. Looks like you have it whipped. Thanks.

Re: msgross...here are the pics
Hey Ron, thanks for the compliments...I bought the lug nuts with the external threads that hold the caps on. I think I got them off an e-bay vendor, can't remember who though...I have a set of 16 left over for the small stud axles though, if your working with those.
