what's heavier Truck or Blazer?

Just wondering if a SWB truck or Blazer is heavier.
If I had to bet I would say the Truck would weigh more.
I guess either way though, I would rather make the truck fast and keep the Blazer a cruiser.

Re: what's heavier Truck or Blazer?

I saw a guy on here claim that his SWB weighed like 3400 or something. I am pretty sure that was bogus.
My Blazer weighs about 4400. I went to the track last Friday. So my truck should weigh about 3900 huh?

My old 87 LWB, small block, 1/2 ton weighed around 4300-4400lbs.

My 78 3/4 ton, small block, weighs right at 4950lbs.

I know my burb weighs over 5000. Can remember exactly, but it seems like 5500 or so.
