I just got my Chevy resto package and it is all about cars. Is this right or did I get the wrong thing. I have already lost the phone number for the place, can somone include it here.

You can do it through the web also...They did the same thing on my first package, sent the car instead of truck. I'm at work now and don't rememebr it all..You can do a search and find the info if you search for topics by me Palf70step or Cobalt's old name (new69owner...Ithink). they'll have the web info and phone neumber

In case that don't work, here is the info in there.

www.chevrolet.com

Go to contact us section in customer service. You'll fill out a form. You'll have to enter "silverado" cuz they don't list old names. Put in your VIN plus "x" at the end to fill out the blanks (I had to add five for my 70). When it asks you about a topic, select not shown. You can then type a message asking for the Restoration Packet for your vehicle. Make sure you say exactly what year and model your vehicle is. I left info out and ending up getting the 1980 model year.

You'll get an email back from them the next day or two. Mine just acknowledged they got my request and were sending one.

In case you are not aware, they are not done by Chevy. They have this being done by a third party vendor and thats why it gets lost in translation or just lost.

If you need the number it 1-800-222-1020 ( am to 11 eastern)

Both times when I did the web, I got the package within 2-3 weeks.

Well I reordered today. I made the guy read the exact package name to me over the phone. Hopefully they will get it right this time.
