Sat pics (8-30) Drive Invasion!
Hey guys! We went to the Drive Invasion in Atlanta yesterday and had a blast hangin out and checking out the cars and people watching! This show was held at the Starlight 6 drive in and is a two day event. Saturday's entries were supposed to be all 1964 and older and Sunday's is supposed to be 1974 and older. I'd like to keep this post in the 67-72 section so I made sure to find some pickups to go in the coverage as well.
Let's go!! This ol Dodge passed us like a bat outta hell on the way down.....Somehow we still got there before them???   Already set-up to watch the movies!  If that was a Sponge Bob band-aid it would've fixed that!       At first I thought this was an oversized crybaby doll that had fallen over........

Yes......They walked around in those shoes all day.
    Several great bands played throughout the afternoon and evening.  I love this ragtop!

Some of the ladies in those pics had their own display.Great shots as always Asa.Looks like a great show and some unique and original rides.I think the galaxie at the gate was in "Road Warrior".I also see you had Camera envy...LOL

realy like that dually was allready making plans on making a rad rod based on a pickuptruck cab but this inspired me to no end i have the wheels and dually axle laying around so its going to be a rad truck

i got a job again and having fun at it too idea's for the trucks and the order of things to do are taking shape and get closer to being realized , a few more months and i be able to start building for real i complete 2 of the trucks intoo running fashion one custom and one basicly stock the thirth will be sacrificed for parts |
