Wooooo-hoooooo 700r4 Is Done!
I just got the call..........it's ready, come pick it up! They did say that it has a rather FIRM 1-2 shift, LIKE THAT'S A PROBLEM! Let you all know later, but I can't wait! Leaving work early to go get it.

Cool! You're gonna love it! I have a hard time keeping my foot out of the pedal I just have to keep reminding myself how much those 18" tires cost

Quick question - what'd you go with for a shifter? The column or something else?
I'm probably going to stick with the column...I've gotta mess with the exhaust to do it, though...

I'm sooooooooooooo happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a column shifter (thanks Meathead95) that I had repainted and a new turn signal switch put it............the 4 speed removed, the hole in the floor patched, the clutch linkage removed, the pedal switched out, and and, and and.......it was sooooooooooooo worth it.....I now have a 1 Ton tow vehicle that will keep up with traffic.

I see someone's excited.
I take it you can get L1 on yours no problem? What's the indicator setup like?

I just put it in drive, reverse and park. All line up. didn't try for 1st yet. (never thought about it), just took it down I-10 to get stuck in bumper to bumper traffic and sit there. temp finally went to 205. then took it down I-19, got up to 75, and the temp dropped right back to 190: just what I was looking for!

Yup, get L1, no problem. Park, Neutral, Drive all line up fine, next 3 are off a little, L1 is just at the very edge of the shift indicator.
