wood flatbed ideas?
anybody have pics of 60-66 trucks with homemade wood beds similar to this one on this volvo diesel? or pics of any classics with homemade wood beds?

When I bought my 61 it had a flat bed on it. I took it off and installed a fleetside that I plan to paint. I still have the flat bed. Too bad you were not closer you could have it. Here is a pic.

rss396 thats cool. you've done alot to your truck huh? i was thinking of doing a flatbed temp. (probably a few years) till i find a swb fleetside bed to put on it.

I picked up the short fleet bed for $100.00 but is very rough. Right now the rear differential is very noisy don"t trust it drive to town and I have not been able to find one that is decent to put in it. The flat bed was kinda cool I could haul things pretty easy.
