Post Away for awhile, good to be back

Work has kept me away from the board. With
the sky rocketing house prices here in Ca.
especially in my town, more people are remodeling. And those who are buying are either remodeling or haveing to fix up a
house they spent $250 or more for.Everyone
needs drywall work done.CHING CHING!!!!!!
I'm glad I bought when I did,no house here
under $250.(Even a one bed room house).Anyway
I'm makeing time to drop in as much as I can
now.I'm getting ready to take my 72 down to the frame.Let the fun begin.
