Re: cowl hoods disappeared?

Classic Parts and Year one ($$$$) sell like 1"- 2 1/2" cowls but I'm sure theya are pricey. Harwood makes decent ones (mostly fiberglass i think). My boss hand rolled the cowl on my truck. I really wanted a 3" and I have the Hardest time trying to find one. Are you looking for steel or fiberglass? If you come across a 3" let me know, I'll buy one too!! lol

Goodmark no longer sells Tri-Plus.Maybe their new supplier doesn`t make cowl induction hoods.

Re: cowl hoods disappeared?

Hey Mike, Do you have a store in Webster or is it a warehouse for mail order only? I live in the Woodlands (N. Houston), and Wouldn't mind making a trip there and picking up some stuff

We have a retail store and scattered warehouse's. We are open 7 days a week.
Store does not open until 12:00 noon but we are open until 8pm. Someone is generally hear at 9:00 -10:00 . We are south Just of I-45. you take the El Dorado Blvd exit and go east until Hwy 3 turn left and we are just about 600 ft on the left. 15502 Hwy 3(Galveston Rd)

Re: cowl hoods disappeared?

We keep these hoods in stock and currently have 4-67-68, and 4 69-72 cowl hoods in stock, average shipping cost to 75%-80% of the USA is $109.00 to a commercial business address, which can be the place you work, freinds work or business, shop you plan on painting hood, etc... it just can't be a business operated from home.
