nice truck!
i love the SS's! what mods do you have to it?? and do you know what hp with the procharger? theres some guy by my school in cloverdale who has an xtra cab sitting on jackstands for the last 3 years never moved he took off the wheels and put them on his reg cab and thats what he drives i dont get it

Its supost to be making around 500 horse, all thats done to the engine right now is the procharger, ceramic coated jba headers, dual flowmaster exhoust. for next summer im wanting to get a cam and heads.
i see that ur in cloverdale, thats only 5mins from me. we should meet up some time, what are you driving? |

I sanded them down using 1000 grit sand paper, then did 5 light coats using vht nightshade spray tint and then 3 coats of high gloss clear.

I do like the clears better. Never was a fan on the blackouts.

Just a warning, if indeed you do decide to get HID's and than later might think of getting Halo Projector Lenses... the aftermarket projects take a H1 bulb, not a 9006.
Also, without projector lenses the light scatter of HID's is pretty intense and almost un-aimable. It's awesome for the driver, awful for everyone else on the road. lol Here is my 8000K HID's in projector lenses. |
