Re: not mine but WOOOOOWWWWWWWWW !!!
I'm seeing these trucks pop up all over the place here. There were atleast 8 of them at Safeway last night.

Re: not mine but WOOOOOWWWWWWWWW !!!
You saw 8 swb 4x4 72 pickups in one place???? C'mon! what's the odds of all of them being real and not 2wd trucks on later model 4x4 frames? I really couldn't tell you how many I've actually seen total but I'm sure most of them weren't stock. There were only 6069 swb 4x4s built in 72. I own one and I sure wouldn't take that kind of coin for mine unless I was really in a bind for cash.

Re: not mine but WOOOOOWWWWWWWWW !!!
Interesting... I had no idea. I know of one here in town, not mine and not for sale, driven by the son of a widow. Her late husband bought it many years ago, possibly when new.

Re: not mine but WOOOOOWWWWWWWWW !!!
GM 1/2tons have always been 6-lug until`71 when 2wds went to 5-lug.
That truck is sweet.Needs an antennae. It would be worth replacing I`d think. How about the chromed driveshaft yoke?I think the shaft is plated, too.

Cool. Strange how he decided to put woodgrain only on the tailgate.
