Which Wheel?
I am finally at the point where I am going to put new wheels on my "71" I have narrowed down to three choices. I am going with 19x8 up front and 20x10 on the rear. Give me your opinion about which wheel would you go with. I dont want torque thrust anymore as my last two vehicles had them. Stock wheels are NOT an option and money is no object...
First wheel is intro vista 5 Second is foose nitrous 11 Third is intro vista

Re: Which Wheel?
Vista 5 would change the look.the nitrous is too close to the TTII's,the satin suede is too much for the look of your truck!!

Re: Which Wheel?
I think all three options would look good.
Couple of comments: have you looked at the price of 19" tires? They're spendy in comparison to 18" and 20". Just something that may surprise you when you go to get tires. I looked at a bunch of wheels before I got mine. I got mine from Raceline, probably a lesser known brand than the 2 brands you have, but nice wheels. I was considering Intro but found my wheels I liked better; plus they were a little cheaper. I didn't vote, cause I can't choose between the 3 |

Re: Which Wheel?

Re: Which Wheel?
I like the Foose rim because it reminds of the Boyd's Junkyard Dawgs

Re: Which Wheel?
Before you decide take a look at the Foose wheel mounted up. It's an awesome styled wheel, but you may not care for the look on your truck.

Re: Which Wheel?
I have deliberately not read any of the choices that others have sugested so that i'm not swayed in my choice....so i'll have a read when i'm done here.
My favorite is # 3 Intro Vista. Why? #1 nice but plain looking. #2 makes me think of bikers and skull & crossbones and iron cross insignia. #3 has the simplicity of #1 but the matt finish accented with the bright...just looks cool.

Re: Which Wheel?
I'd go with the foose - the angles on the spokes will make the wheel "flash" in the sunlight. looks totally cool at less than 25 mph in parking lots, and from stop lights.

Re: Which Wheel?
I really appreciate everyones input!!!!
Man now I am really confused..... How about this guys, my truck is a sleeper it is all stock looking in the inside of the cab and the outside except for the sway bars and the lowered suspension which you can see in plain view however if you hear it or see the hood open you know that it is far from stock so how about everyone give me some suggestions of something that would look cool and not too flashy to match the stock appearance of the truck.? it has to be 20's on the back and either 19's or 18's up front...Torque thrust are OUT of my choices. I know that alot of you guys have great visions and I would like for you to share them with me if you would.... Thanks Albert

Re: Which Wheel?
Well... there's also the Coy's C5 Grey which is technically not the TTII... Link
Then there's a twist on the Foose wheels with the wheel below. abadsvt is running these on his truck: (more pics here)
