high hump seal

I started installing my high hump tranny cover last night. It has some kind of rubber-foam seal on it that was all torn up, so I cleaned it off.

So what should I seal it down with? I was thinking of either some weather stripping from HD or just RTV seal it down.

Do they make an actual seal for this?
