Re: Interesting SPID........
I have seen a reflector kit in a couple trucks.
Would fold down so the reflective part would stick up. Sort of the same idea as road flares. I know someone will chime in with the right answer.

Re: Interesting SPID........
I`m guessing it was a beacon light or other equipment from outside source on a municiple or other government order.Firetrucks,ambulances,ect. can come with all kinds of things on the SPID that aren`t otherwise offered.

Re: Interesting SPID........
a special caution sticker maybe?
It is almost optioned like an airforce truck or some other fleet, and it does specify another label of some kind as seen on the other side (the wrong left?) |

Re: Interesting SPID........
caution signage such as antifreeze dates, tire pressure, fuel type, etc. are very common on military rigs.

Re: Interesting SPID........
Can anyone help? I think it would be pretty cool to strip and repaint the truck olive green and install any of the military warning stickers I can find...

Re: Interesting SPID........
Perhaps it denotes some sort of a sign off by the vehicle recipient stating that they had been advised of "hazardous" or other special operational issues with the vehicle or equipment...??? I'm fairly certain when I bought a large diesel a couple years ago, I had to sign off something saying that the dealer had instructed me on something to do with the 4 wheel drive operation... Suffering from CRS again....

Re: Interesting SPID........
Consignee cautions weres sticker, either in the engine compartment or on the visor. The sticker may have been seat belt operation or fuel requirements. Your truck is spec'd out like a county highway department truck. Most likely a supervisor's truck,, HD clutch, Posi and a HD radiator, Radio suppression.Work truck would have HD suspension and a tow bumper
