Will I need a C Notch ?
My frame is rolling with no motor and I was wondering if 7 inches from the top of the axel tube to the bottom of the frame is enough travel? Aslo if anyone has a stock hight frame could you get me the distance from the top of axel to bottom of frame . I just want to see How much My truck is droped I estimate about 5? but not sure . Thanks .

7" is plenty of room. You shouldn't have to worry about notching your frame. You can drop a full 6" before you need to worry about a C-notch kit. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

I have a 5" drop in the rear and haven't bottomed out yet. Still have the bumpstops and all. Of course I'm not towing anything heavy either. No C-Notch for me. You should be good. I have probably around three inches or so of travel.
