Rusted floorboards..

Okay, i looked at my floor on both sides of my truck this afternoon..and i have some rusty spots....

1-both sides of the truck..on the floor under where the bottom of the door would be..the 'treadboards' maybe...I have a chrome plates that u step on commin in and out of the truck covering that rust up but would still like to get it fixed close/cheapest as possible

2-where your heal hits the floor when pushing the gas pedel..just a lil here

3-right below the highbeam floor switch..enough to put a few fingers in here..this is the main place im most worried about right now #2 #3 are patched with aluminum pieces wtih sheet metal screws holdin it down (I didnt do this someone else that had the truck before me did)

but hows the easieest simplest way to fix this without takin the cab off...I can have it cut welded etc fairly easy..gfs dad can weld some ive gotta welder not too good yet and my buddys dad/grandpa can weld quite well...can probably have them do it next to nothing if nothing.

what do i do? or should i leave it

what do i do? or should i leave it

1. the treadboards are called "Rockers"
2. DON'T leave it! FIX it!!!
3. you should be able to find pieces to fix it at a junk yard or in the classified section on this site.
4. lots of the replacement metal in catalogs like LMC Truck is thin and cheap
