Re: eaton disk brakes
I started putting disc's on mine before I sold the truck it was in. I put Dana 44 rotors on it from a Chevy K-20 axle, 14 bolt disc brake brackets will work. The backing plate flange has the same bolt pattern as a 14bolt except the eaton's are fine thread bolts. Then you can run Dana 44 calipers and pads. Pretty simple. These are the brackets I used.

Re: eaton disk brakes
Wait, I am confused, I bolt these brackets where the backing plate was, and I can buy Dana 44 rotors that will fit on the Eaton axle shafts? How about dually rotors? I have a C30 but the axle is the same only shorter. It needs new brakes so rather then fixing what is on there, it is about the same to do a conversion. I was about to order new parts for the drums but this look interesting.

Re: eaton disk brakes
I don't know about the dually part. The brackets would probably be different than a SRW axle and I don't know if Dana 60 dually rotors would fit. The rotor gets held to the hub of the axle with the wheel studs and the axle shaft gets bolted back on. For dually stuff, I would check a junkyard and see if there is some way to swap on a setup off a new dually axle.
