WIW:1971 Suburban

Question-found no-rust 1971 suburban 2wd with tilt, tach, dealer installed a/c,new dual exh., rally's, original orange and white paint, 55000 miles showing. I'm in central Alberta and there are NONE of these around to gauge a price to and no price from the owner yet, so, WIW?

if you are buying, I would say lowballing to start with... see if he is just willing to get rid of it and you may pick it up for around $1000-1500... otherwise if it is a collector, I would say closer to $3000... this is provided it runs well and no major problems.

Looks clean , hard to tell about the rust. Price up north even harder to judge. Here they sell for anywhere from $1500 to $3500. Seems clean.
How far are your from Idaho?

I've been on my back rolling around under it-no rust! none anywhere near the tail gate as well. You'd poop 'em for sure if I told you the price he decided on today; nine thousand five hundred dollars(spelt for impact!) I'm in Alberta, Canada and he'll get that figure for it here; no worries!

WOW, LOOKS LIKE I NEED TO START EXPORTING TO CANADA.
said in cap locks because I am yelling right now. If your serious however, I can get you one for around $3000 with minimal rust, very original. And it would make the trip up to the border of Idaho and Canada.

Thanks, but I think I'll concentrate on my '67 GMC short fleet.
