Transmission Problem?

I haven't drove my truck in about 2 months, and today when I went to pull it out of the garage it started right up, but I when I shifted into reverse, it would not hook into gear. It wouldn't go into any gear at all, they were all "neutral". Its been leaking a little transmission fluid, could it have leaked enough to not be shifting into gear? It is a 72 Chevy with 350 turbo.

Yes. Especially if it was low to begin with.
