steering boxes
I've heard mention of "quick ratio" steering boxes in a couple threads. My question is what would be "quick" and where to locate. I believe the stock box is close to 3 turns lock to lock.

Re: steering boxes
i think the stock box is more like 4 1/2 turms. i got a box off a 76 trans-am that has 3 turns. it works fine.

Re: steering boxes
Did you ta box bolt up in the stock holes? Did you use the truck or ta pitman arm?
I wasn't aware the f body boxes would bolt up. I thought the truck boxes were on the outside of the frame and the f body boxes were on the inside? Do certain years work? Frank
