The Dream meets a piece of history...
Took the stepper out for a nice drive today. Took her to the old Cienega Creek Bridge just outside Tucson, near Vail, AZ. It was built in 1880 and I just thought some pics of the truck with the bridge in the background would look cool. They still use the bridge to this day.
I didn't get to see a train going over the bridge, but I did get lucky and caught a few pics of a train going under the bridge. Hope you enjoy the pics! Don

Beautiful pictures! For some reason I love the desert, specially when Im
in Arizona, wish I could grow a mesquite tree in my backyard. Question... Does your 67 have a rake drop? It looks killer!

the truck looks pretty sweet, bt it looks like a stone stock suspention, couple inches lower up front, and WAY too high IMO dor a 1/2 ton.
I don't like snakes.... as soon as I see them, I head out of the general area. |

The desert enviroment is one of love or hate. Either you love it, or you hate it. I love it.
After my stint in the USAF and stationed at D-M, I discovered the true meaning of the words in the old song, "Don't fence me in".... When I got back home to Arkansas and was driving my convertible down a two-lane street that had pine trees as high as the sky on both sides, I felt like I was driving in a slot....which I guess I was doing. You're lucky to live out there. Beautiful sky; gorgeous sunsets (sky-blue pink) and God's architecture in abundance.

MMMM BBQ rattlesnake! I use to carry an old fishing pole with me that had a slip not in it to put around their heads and catch them.....and eat 'em! I was raise in Hinkley,Ca...ever seen the movie Erin Brockovich?
