I would imagine you're going to have to bend them up yourself. I don't think anything stock will work.

hey royo, I'll post some pics 2 morrow, it's kinda late, but if I remember right I didn't have to replace any lines just had to push and pull some.......

I have bent them up a couple ways:
I have ran them across the Dropmember just like on a factory 63-72 crossmember set-up... and I have ran them across the factory crossmember in front of the Dropmember (that's how the 73-87 lines are ran). It's a bit easier and less hassle bending the lines if you go the 73-87 way.

I had the lines routed like the 73-87's as mentioned but the frame is now stripped of all that stuff so I can't help w/pics. It did require tweaking the lines on the pass side to route through the frame braces.
