Anyone heard from Swervin?

It's been about a year since he sold his truck & I was hoping he's doing OK.

Re: Anyone heard from Swervin?

I remember a while back he was basically having a clearance sale. It's possible he has gotten out of the game?

Re: Anyone heard from Swervin?

December 07- I was trying to buy his interior, after trying to talk him out of it. I didn't want to see him part out that truck. Fortunately, he ended up selling it as a whole (minus the Ram Air box).

I was wondering if anyone down there in NC who might know him better than I had heard from him.

Oh, well. Must have gotten out. Itza shame. He has a LOT of knowledge.

Thanks-

-Todd

Re: Anyone heard from Swervin?

I have Mikes most recent number, I'll give him a call this week. I have been meaning to anyhow, haven't spoke with him in a while.

He is a good guy, a great asset to the board.

Yep... it's a shame, heck of a guy.

Sometime you just get burned out though. Maybe he will be back though.

Re: Anyone heard from Swervin?

I spoke with Mike Tuesday night. He is doing real well it sounds, has started a new chapter in his life, one he is happy with. He couldn't say enough good things about the friends he has made here and on other parts of the internet, including 73-87.com. I am sure he will chime in soon and make sure we are "doing it right and buying quality parts".

Re: Anyone heard from Swervin?

I've seen that happen a lot, when people sell their rigs, they stop coming,, this is such a great board, and you dont have to own the right year of truck to be a member here... I dont know him, but hopefully he will come back on..

Sometimes obligations take priority, I've had to drop for awhile once, but I miss the friendly banter and the pics here too much to stay away too long.

I'm still waiting for Shifty to return as well....
