Anyone know what the production numbers were for the Panel Vans? Found this on for $800 on CL, but it's just a shell.

they built 3827 C/10 panels in 67 |

I suspect he doesn't have much of a clue. In the auction he said it was an A/C truck since there is a condensor under the hood. Being there's no vents in the dash, and the front clip doesn't match the truck... it isn't hard to figure out.

If I remember right there is also a 67-68 panel between Shelbyville and Bardstown Ky. I remember seeing it sitting in a driveway. It wasn't for sale but you just don't seee that many panels.

I'm with Richard and Gray Ghost..fast forward a couple years, and I'd be in my buddy's 1 ton hauler drivin' to pick that shell up! SpecialK's right: all you need is a body and frame, the rest is easy.
