Re: need online recource for 3\16 airline, and fittings
There are several places online including ebay and I'm sure someone else will chime in with a link, but it may make more sense to go to a local big rig supply store or a local customizing shop that does a lot of air suspensions. that way you can pick up an extra fitting or two if you end up finding something you need or doesn't work.

never seen 3/16" line in DOT style that is commonly used in air suspension systems. Not saying it doesn't exist, only that I'm not familiar with it. 1/4" - 3/8" - 1/2" are the most common sizes.

Do you need it for bags or gauges? 1/8" is what is used for gauges. I've never seen 3/16"

If you're absolutely set on 3/16" line and fittings, you can just use commonly available brake lines and fittings that should be found at any autoparts store.

...at 3/16" lines, I don't know if any other alternative, do you? He could run a -3 AN flex brake line at custom lengths, I guess. It's a tough one either way.
