Re: Electric Drag Racing
"White Zombie" was a electric Datsun(like a 510 or something tiny) with siamese forklift motors that ran here forever at PIR...havent seen it as much lately but thats because woodburn is better but lets not get off topic
those electric cars are crazy sleepers,no noise then HUGE burnout and a 11.9 from WZ

Re: Electric Drag Racing
Don't know if anyone knows this or not,, Dennis put over 15,000 miles on that little S-10 last year,, ON THE STREET. It's his daily driver.

Re: Electric Drag Racing
Dennis is racing it in the SuperPro class here at Firebird. He was ribbing me last weekend about cost to race. As I was sucking up $11 a gallon C-14, burning right at a gallon a pass,,,, he was bragging his cost to drive OR race is $0.02 a freeking MILE. He also holds the worlds record for electric dragster. Something like 6.80 @ ,,, I can't remember hs MPH but it was something stupid like 245. The electric pulls harder on the top end than it does on the small end. The S-10 is pretty impressive on the top end too.
