Looking at buying this truck..

think its worth 400 bucks and a 1 1/2 hour drive?

400 bucks.. gunnna be hard to come by with no job.. but i think i can make it.. haha

can you tell if it is a Long bed or short bed? i cant tell.. also.. what engine is that.. it looks similar to my 292..but i'm not sure..

the truck is solid all but the rocker panels and a few spots on the doors. i have replaced the waterpump, radiator, put new tires on it. i drove it to take trash off and the points system gave me problems and had someone put in a updated disribtor in it and the timing was off so i haven't messed with it the card was new but from setting most likely needs overhauling. i would ike to sell it as awhole but if you want it i'll take 400 for it and i do have a titlepictures are attached

yes it's a long bed the inside i was putting bucket seats in and never got around to bolting them down. i took pictures of the rust i saw. the rocker panel were fixed one time before but the perv. owner used bondo

and i said

what kind of buckets and any pix of the interior. I can fix the rocker panel...

will this truck run?

Looks really good for 400. I bought a non running truck with much more rust for 500.

i was putting some low back bucket seat in it from a old mustang and the timing is messed up if it was set it would run i just don't have the time to work on it.

and i said

so no pictures of the interior?...

the seats are in but not bolted down correct?

i'll have mess with the timing some later... i'll have to check back later on buying the truck seing as i'm 16 and trying to find a new project because my project is pretty bad rusted..

with no job the $$ is kinda hard to come by so i think my best friend and i will work out a deal with my dad...

yeah... the timings off so its technically not running.. but close.. i could always find a cheep 350 ..all over the carolina trader for 250-500 bucks...

the trucks in blackstock isn't it ? looked at it a couple months ago (not in person) $400 is close to scrap price ,can't go wrong

i'll get some picture to you it would be tomorrow morning. the seats are not bolted down. i am in the need of some 33 12.50 r15 tires if you had some that was in good shape i might trade for them depends on the shape of the tires.

its in blackstock... i hope i can find some tires now....if not still 400 is pretty good for that truck.. and its in better shape than my truck.. all else fails i'll grab a cheepo 350 from the carolina trader
