2" Front Lowering Springs for '60-'72 Chevy 1/2 ton truck
2" Front Lowering Springs for '60-'72 Chevy 1/2 ton truck for sale. I acquired these in a parts lot and don't intend to use them, since I am a stocket, but I know someone can put them to good use. They are still sealed in the original box, so they are brand-new, never installed or even opened.
I am looking for $100.00, plus $15.00 for the ride. Let me know if you are interested in this item or other 4-5-6 Chevy truck parts in the future. |

These 2" lowering springs are brand new, still in the box. Any offers?

I will check and let you know. Sorry, I don't know anything about the lowering gear or who makes it, but I will find out and post it.

Re: 2" Front Lowering Springs for '60-'72 Chevy 1/2 ton truck
I totally spaced it off. I got busy and forgot, but I will try to get the information over the weekend. We are getting 3"-4" of snow and it is supposed to be a high of 15 degrees here today, so I may not do much at the shop. Also, I am going to hit the World of Wheels show this weekend in Kansas City.
I will post some information soon and thanks for your continued interest. In the meantime, please let me know if I can help you with other 4-5-6 Chevy truck parts in the future. |

Hey Tony,
you'd have a tough time putting those springs in a '60-'62......they don't have coils, they have torsion bars.

Re: 2" Front Lowering Springs for '60-'72 Chevy 1/2 ton truck
Joe:
I don't know the first thing about lowering springs. I posted it that way because that is what is on the original box from the manufacturer, but that is a good point, since the '60-'62 trucks have torsion bars. I am not sure why they are labeled that way, but I will find out the specifics on them and post it here. |

Re: 2" Front Lowering Springs for '60-'72 Chevy 1/2 ton truck
The label on the box says "63-72", but there is no name on the box or the springs, so I don't know who makes them, but the picture shows a model number and it may ring a bell to the fellows that know about lowering coils. The number is FCS6102-2.

Re: 2" Front Lowering Springs for '60-'72 Chevy 1/2 ton truck
Per my research, these springs are manufactured by Classic Performance Products and can be seen here:
http://www.classicperform.com/6092chevtrk.htm The part number is: FCS6102-2 They retail for $95.00, plus tax and shipping at CPP. I would like to get $100.00, including shipping. |

Re: 2" Front Lowering Springs for '60-'72 Chevy 1/2 ton truck
I'm wondering why these wouldn't work on a '73-up truck also?

Re: 2" Front Lowering Springs for '60-'72 Chevy 1/2 ton truck
I have a nice pair of factory front coils and a pair of factory rear coils for sale. $150.00, including shipping takes the complete set of 2 front and 2 rear coils.
