Rear lift spring question
I am putting new rear lift springs on my K5. The center pin is offset about .5". Should the shorter distance from a center bolt to the end of the spring go in front and the longer distance to the rear. That is what I thought but I just wanted to check. Thanks

Re: Rear lift spring question
Mine are not offset, but I would make the longer side towards the front. Because my tires hit the front of the rear wheel well when flexing (even when I had 33"mud tires with no trimming). I have trimmed my sheetmetal sence then. I run 5.5" rear springs(3"bodylift).
![]() Thoes are 36.8" tires, 4" front lift. Not perfect but functinal ![]() ![]()
