68 Anniversary Progress for Bob 68327

Bob, I promised I would post some pics. I am only getting about 4 hours per week on the resto but have just about finished sanding the inside of the cab. I don't think I will be squirting any paint for about a month.

Took it down WAY further than I ever really wanted to. Why even sand and paint something that is perfectly good and going to be under sound insulation anyway????

Re: 68 Anniversary Progress for Bob 68327

More progress so I figured I might as well document it. LHM and Bob...it isn't really rust free. I had to pull the passenger door when I found some pin holes in the leading edge when I was sanding it. Weird place for it to rust through since the rest of the door is really nice. Usually they go in the corners or on the bottom. Cut out the bad, weld in the good, grind sand and coat with etching primer.
