Anyone used either of these ebay bracket set ups?

Changed over to a long pump from a short pump, also added power steering, looking for new bracket set ups. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

Thank you Lil Red. See if this works. The one on the right being the power steering bracket.

FreeRideYZ250:

I tried both links and it said both had been removed. Try posting a photo of each and you will get some responses. I have done numerous power steering conversions on 4-5-6 Chevy trucks and learned the old-fashioned way, what works and what doesn't, so I will share what I know after see the brackets.

Re: Anyone used either of these ebay bracket set ups?

I have done several power steering conversions on '60-'66 Chevy trucks and speaking from experience, there are several variables that determine which power steering brackets to use, a few of which are short or long water pump, factory A/C or non-factory A/C, type of Saginaw power steering pump, etc. I have acquired a number of pumps, brackets and belts, in order to do the conversion. All of this said, I recommend pulling the factory power steering pump, brackets, pulleys, gear box, etc. from a donor truck, given you have a V8 and the donor vehicle is a V8. By doing so, you can be sure everything will bolt up and align properly.

If you are looking aftermarket, March sells some high-end power steering pump mounting brackets, however, for the same or less money, you can rob a donor truck of the factory stuff.

Keep us posted of your progress, especially with pictures. Good luck with your build.
