wiring soleniods
I shaved my door handles on my truck. I don't need my power door locks anymore, so i was wondering if i could use the power wire from my door locks to power the soleniods. Will this work? Any help would be great.

Re: wiring soleniods
i think you should still leave the locks becuase just in case someone locks the doors the solenoids can pull and tug all they want and wont open the door. just run another wire thru the boot.
