Please do me a favor and take that breather off and through it as far as you can, and hook up the factory hard line out of the valve cover to the carb, all the breather is going to do is promote oil leaks. Other than that all looks really good.

Re: Another Preview
There's no hard line that goes there. That's where the oil filler cap goes. Engine looks good man.

Geese man! Where do you get the money to do these things?! Looks great, can't wait to see what kind of tire roastage and numbers it's going to put out. There goes my spellchecker being a PITA again, telling me roastage isn't a word. Pfft!

Re: Another Preview
Haha Bradleys got it. I also get lucky alot most of my parts have been haggled over or traded and bought used. I only buy things like cams and MSD ignition stuff new. The only big piece missing is I still don't have a carb. I see one on craigslist, but I need to sell some more stuff to get the moeny for it. The motor still needs cam bearing, cam, timing set, all the gaskets and covers replaced, cleaned and painted. I just couldn't wait to see what she looked like And yes, that is the stock oil fill, which I cut down and shoved the breather into. The stock filler looks horrible IMO. It is a bit long though, I might pull it back apart and cut off another inch or 2. Thanks for all the compliments guys

Ok look at the solid tube at the top of the valve cover by the intake that is the vacuum tube hook it to the carb and take that breather off.

I agree it looks a lot better then the cap but it will leak oil out of the seals from the outside air coming into the crankcase not allowing the seals to stay sealed on there parts ie front crank seal. This is just a nice heads up for the future so you don't get this fine piece put all together and have oil leaking out of it.
