Hello from North Dakota
Just love the site!!!! Been looking at all the trucks and must say im going to love it here. I'll tell you about my truck when i can post pics but if you look at my name on here you can get an idea of what i have. It's not in the best shape but it's drive able well for at least an hour or two it was but i'll tell the story when i can post pics!!!! So im just saying hello and you most deffo will hear from me as I have a lot off ? to ask. So tell i post again take care and see you all soon |

Looks like a good truck. I am guessing someone told you it was a one ton cab because of the cab lights. They were actually available on the 1/2 tons and 3/4 tons also. A real work horse...

Very cool GMC. I dig the old workhorses! They don't deserve to get sent to the glue factory after workin' so hard for so many years. Wish I could help on the cab question but I don't really know of any difference between the cabs until you get to bigger commercial trucks.

No truth to that that i am aware of. I have 2, 1/2 ton chev 4x4 trucks both with factory cab lights. I don't think there is any difference in the 1/2- 3/4- 1 ton cabs.
