well the first question is how much money u wanna spend.cuz ur gonna need a good cam good set of headers some duals. probably some heads so the cam can do more than just make noise. how many miles are on teh motor.

retard the timing and turn the idle right down. of course you need a good cam for this. Chop off the muffler then it will sound like a Harley. Better yet just have 2 cylinders firing. Instant Harley!

Or just get a punk in a lowered b2200 to run into your pipes that hang below your rear bumper.
He needs a new grill and rad, and all i need to do is redo one of the welds by my mufflers. Maybe one day he'll get a real truck

Get that guy called cam if he can't do it no one can. But back it up parts wise otherwise...well...get a junker motor (that way you could save a little money) out of a yard and throw in a huge cam...something like 292 duration, then check out how the brakes work on an abandoned road. And when the motor dies put your old motor back in and you can remeber the good ole' days!! blub blub blub blub vrooooom lol

I had a '55 chevy with an oversized cam. It sounded great, but after the engine got good -n-hot, it would stall out at a red light. I drained many batteries trying to get it cranked back up. Big cams do sound good (like a 3/4), but man, they can be a pain. If you get too big, kiss your gas milage goodbye.
