heater problems
ive been chasing electrical gremlins for a while now. my heaters been working great. yesterday before going home it wouldnt turn on. well sure enough it decides to rain sleet then snow this morning. ice on the windows sucked with no defrost and driving with no heat. i installed a new relay and it worked for a second now it doesnt i can hear it click bu tnothing. i checked the fuse block and no blown fuse and i get a light with my tester granted its a little more faintthen the other fuses. any ideas on where to check now. i even redid the crimps on he connections to the relay. thanks in advance.

Re: heater problems
Start at the blower motor and see if your getting voltage there, if so sounds like your do a new blower if not then trace it back till you locate the problem.

Re: heater problems
the blower motor is inside the black cover under your hood on the passenger side, I think there is 3 or 4 nuts u need to take off to get the blower motor out. If I remember right there is one wire on the outside of the motor

Re: heater problems
you should start with grounding that relay properly too.
