My dad's 80 chevy is running 31" tires but the truck looks dipped up front, i was thinking on posibly getting some new coil springs maybe aftermarket to give a little lift, so does anyone know where i can get a good set or advice on the matter

Re: Front Suspension help on an 80 2wd
I used to have HD springs on the front of mine. They were in stock replacement springs from an auto parts store. They raised the front up a LOT over where the worn stock springs were. They cost less than $100 a few years ago for Moog branded ones.
If you look in my photos, you can see pics of it out in the woods looking like a 4X4 with 255/70/15 tires, the same size as it has now that it is lowered. Slonaker |

The truck looks good but i doubt my dad will want the body lift, he likes stuff stock and "normal", i think ill try thoose springs out bad case scenario i take em off and return them going back to the old ones.
thanks guys |

Orbot, I'm in the same boat. I was told to try Moog 6452 springs. They are the HD ones for the 1/2 tons. I just need an 1" lift or so too.
I sent you a PM about your front bumper - I'd love to see more pics and info on it please. Thanks! |
