All Alumunum radiator that fits !
I'll spare the gory details of the 3 other radiators we had to order and send back to get one that fits, but can give details on the rejects if you want.
This is a 4 core ALL ALUMINUM replacement radiator ordered for a 71 C20 with an automatic. You will need the 4 core upper and lower mounts and a 4 core radiator shroud to fit right. This aluminum core only has 2 rows but they are much wider than a copper core. It has has tranny cooler even though the description says it is for a manual trans. You can see it in the picture. It also has a place for a heater return if wanted, or can be plugged off. It fits the mounts just fine and the cooler lines are the right distance apart. The mounts clear the radiator cap and the shroud fits up to the radiator like it is supposed to. The lower hose connecton is curved up like it needs to be. You will need to uses a round file to make 2 small notches in the lower "U" channel of the radiator to clear 2 spots where it touchs the radiator support on the bottom, where the support juts out to meet the shroud, not a big deal at all. The top has an open "U" channel too just like the bottom, looks different that the stock but the aluminum looks cool thought the grill. (disclaimer, they may or may not have changed design or suppliers since I ordered mine, but the pic and part # are the same so I assume they are the same, you can always send it back, I of course cannot guarantee anything. They also have 3 core replacements, but I have no experience with them, cover my butt mode off) We ordered it from autopartswarehouse.com - part number is SILLA0369AA Price last fall was $185 - now they are $238, but I need another one and am going to order another one from here. Aluminum was cheaper than copper last fall, looks like copper is cheaper now. Heres a link - http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/de...LLA0369AA.html Hope this helps someone !

Re: All Alumunum radiator that fits !
Well, I need another one, but don't want to convert to 4 core, so I ordered a SILLA9211AA - the 3 core replacement, I hope fits as nice as the 4 core replacement did. Should be here mid week, I'll report back, fingers crossed, I hate sending stuff back !

Re: All Alumunum radiator that fits !
Well, here is the 3 core replacement I ordered, it actually only has one core but it is as wide as the top support piece. We will see how it fits this weekend, looks like it should fit ok.

Re: All Alumunum radiator that fits !
Well, looks like the 3 core replacement is going back, fit up pretty good, but the radiator cap outlet is way to close to the top mount to fit right without major grinding on the top mount. You can see in the pic I posted that the cap opening is pretty close to the mount area, I was wondering about that !
The 4 core replacement tank sits at an angle and gives plenty of room for the cap to clear. Soo..... I'm going to send this one back and order a 4 core like the first one and convert over. I have the 4 core top and bottom mounts here and a 4 core shroud, only thing that was really holding me back is the one ear on the 4 core shroud is broken, and new ones are spendy. I cant fix it good enough enough for now to run. It was worth a shot I guess.........
