horn help pleas
well when i took apart my steering wheel some how the horn messed up and every time i turned the steering wheel to the left the horn would go off... So i just cut the wires too my horn, but now i wanna hook up a momentary switch to control my horn. Now here is where i need your help how can i unhook the horn switch from the steering wheel and then wire in a momentary switch

the horn wire travels up the steering column... you could disconnect the wire down below and run a new wire to the dash and get a cheapo switch from the auto parts store and mount it on the dash
