need some timken info

I have a 67 3/4ton 4x4 with the SM420 and venerable T221 transfer case. I located a shifter and linkage for a 69 T221 a while back, but see that it is different than what I have. Anybody with pics of the shifter for a 67? I have the mount and cross bar, but no shifter. The biggest difference is that the 67 mount is three bolts in a triangle on the driver's side of the adaptor between the trans and case.
